On 28th August 2026, Kidzee Belur celebrated the beautiful festival of Raksha Bandhan with great joy, enthusiasm, and togetherness. The celebration introduced our little learners to the cultural significance of this special festival and the values of love, care, respect, and bonding.
As part of the celebration, the children participated in the traditional Rakhi-tying ceremony. They tied colourful Rakhis and followed the traditional rituals associated with Raksha Bandhan, creating a warm and festive atmosphere at the school. The celebration became even more enjoyable as the children distributed and shared chocolates. This simple activity encouraged the children to understand the importance of sharing, caring, friendship, and togetherness.
At Kidzee Belur, festivals are an important part of our learning experience. They give children an opportunity to explore India's rich cultural traditions while developing social values in a fun and engaging environment. The Raksha Bandhan Celebration was a wonderful day filled with smiles, colourful Rakhis, sweet treats, and beautiful memories for our little learners.
